Bridal Photo Session Tips

1.  Lip gloss is a must for extra sparkle, but even more important will be a long wearing, no smudge lipstick to make sure your lips are not pale (as happens when we are nervous) throughout the wedding events.

2. Avoid tanning beds and overexposure to the sun.  "lobster skin" is never attractive. 

3.  Translucent powder to take care of any "shine".

4.  Bring touchup makeup. 

5.  Avoid glitter.  While looking attractive in person, it becomes a "white blob"  in your  photo when a camera flash is used.  Guests and your photographer will have flashes going off.

6.  Get plenty of sleep the night before or it will show.

7.   Plan to relax and have fun the morning of your wedding (hopefully all last minute details have been handled the day before.

8.  Do not stress about any last minute blemishes.  If you prefer, they can be edited from your final selection prior to printing.

9. Do bring any creative ideas you have seen in magazines or elsewhere.  The actual photo is most helpful.  We are always open to new ideas. 

10.  Don't forget the pedicure and manicure.  Bare toes are often seen in my studio.
